— About Mesa
Mesa was founded by Lena Ortiz, a chef from Valencia who trained in Barcelona and worked in London kitchens for a decade before going her own way. Her cooking draws on the traditions of the Spanish coast, North Africa, and the eastern Mediterranean — ingredient-led, honest, and built for sharing.
We cook everything from scratch on the day, working from seasonal market sourcing and a small network of trusted producers.
