At Ember, every dish passes through fire at some stage — whether wood-roasted, charcoal-grilled, or smoked over oak. We cook with restraint and intensity in equal measure. British produce, treated with the seriousness it deserves.

Head Chef Daniel Marsh has trained under three Michelin-starred chefs across London and Copenhagen. At Ember, he cooks the food he actually wants to eat.
