Entre

Entre opened quietly in a converted mews off Berkeley Square, and its chef-patron wanted the photography to match that register — intimate, warm, never overcrowded with props or dramatic angles. We shot across three sittings: a Tuesday lunch when the dining room was half-full and the light from the skylights raked across linen tablecloths, a Friday evening service thick with candlelight, and an early Sunday morning before anyone arrived, when the kitchen belonged entirely to the produce. The result is a record of a restaurant that takes its work seriously without taking itself too seriously.
